The “Solar” collection was created in collaboration with London-born Peruvian visual artist Gabriela Maskrey. The creative dialogue behind the collection emerged during a trip Gabriela and Mozhdeh took together to Paracas, where the surrounding landscape, light, and colors became a source of inspiration.
Drawing from her signature minimalist approach, Gabriela developed a series of textile graphics using both ink drawings and collage. By contrasting hues of color that evoke the atmosphere and natural beauty of Paracas, these compositions were translated into textiles to convey a sense of warmth, immediacy, and emotional connection.
